These terms apply to the public NexSec Labs website. A proposal, statement of work or other written agreement governs any professional service engagement and takes priority for that work.

No authorisation for security testing

Nothing on this website authorises you to test, scan, probe, disrupt or attempt to access any system without permission. Security research must stay within an explicit written authorisation or the scope published in our responsible disclosure information.

Permitted use

You may access, link to and quote reasonable extracts from the website for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service, evade controls, introduce malicious code, scrape in a way that materially harms availability, impersonate another person, or infringe the rights of NexSec Labs or others.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, graphics and other original material are owned by or licensed to NexSec Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Trade marks and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website useful and secure but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will remain current. We may change, suspend or remove website features and may update these terms when the service or legal position changes.
